Watch box recommendations

Happy new year to all my watch fam. May it be a healthy, wealthy and happy collecting 2023.
My wife gave me a lovely watch box for my Christmas present this year. Its an another watch box for my massive still growing collection. This hobby is a serious addiction, one for me for 30 years!! And it's getting worse.
I am as passionate about watch boxes as the watches itself sometimes. I've probably have purchased all the watch boxes out there from budget to high end and probably sold the majority of them when i have finished with them. In the last 5 years or so, I have religiously used 2 brands that I can not fault. They are expensive but I swear by them now and not purchased anything else since.
The 2 brands are scatola del tempo, which are an Italian brands which source the best leather and handmade the most beautiful boxes ever. Not only are the materials the best of the best, the quality of finishing is out of this world. What i particularly like is they the watch sit very snug into the slots and only the watch cases can be visable. There is not room for the watch to drop-out or even move. The aftercare of this brand is unbelievable as I have issues and they rectify it very very quickly.
The second is a Turkish brand called borsphus leather. Again, handmade and personalised leather watch boxes. They are beautifully finished and I particularly like the petra box range.
I believe if you invest so much time, effort and finance into these toys, they should be housesd in something equally as nice. Just my thought. Please share what boxes you are using or recommend at all budgets. Be interesting to know what the community is doing.

Stunning. I feel like this is the horological equivalent of throwing your hat over the garden wall: if the container is exquisite, you feel obliged to fill it with watches worthy of the home. Congratulations on these - enjoy!
Wow, those look pretty impressive! My collection doesn't justify spending that much, so I opted for Wolf Windsor boxes. I like them because they are decent quality, fit nicely in the safe, provide sufficient room between watches to prevent watches rubbing together, and have a glass top so that they can be used for display. I also like the angled corners, which was actually what drew me to them in the first place. They are also fairly reasonably priced.

I’ve seen the Scatola del Tempo boxes pop up in my IG feed from time to time… definitely lust worthy cases, very jealous! If I can convince myself to ever reduce my collection down (and maybe pick up a couple pieces worthy of those beautiful pillows), I’d definitely consider both brands.
Right now I am using an old tool box that I’ve modified to hold my watches and straps. Before this I had a 12-watch box from Amazon, so larger box justified more watches… or at least my explanation to the wife 😂

Wow. That's a stunning case for your watches. I would love to be able to make something like that. Unfortunately, I am useless with my hands. Maybe you can make another one to justify more watches. If you ever consolidate your collection, I would suggest to get the scatola del tempo boxes, they are so good. Unfortunately for me, the collection just gets bigger, I have tried to reduce just to stop buy these expensive boxes 😆 🤣
