Q: How did you get into watch collecting?
I am "into" history, having too many watches is ancillary to that pursuit.
Q: What was the first watch you ever owned?
One of my father's 1960's Timex. What exactly it may have been is lost to time.

No, and no one else does either.
Q: What is one piece of advice you have for someone just getting into watches?
Read more books, spend more time with your children, write a poem, plant a tree, anything but hoard watches.
Q: What brands have been getting your attention lately?
Lorier and Nivada Grenchen. This tends to change every 90 days or so. Once upon a time it may have been Fossil and Relic.
Q: What is your grail watch and why?
I have short-term infatuations, not grails.
