Help! Should I do this or not?

Greetings, fellow WC! I haven't stopped thinking about the 35mm since Tissot introduced it. Finally, it is accessible here! Although I realise it's too soon as I only got my Tudor about 1.5 months ago, I believe my watch is ready for a baby sister. ๐Ÿ˜‚ I consequently came upon an app that offers 4 monthly payments. Should I fall into the trap and continue, or am I just infatuated and this will pass eventually?

The PRX is great and even better at this size. How you handle your finances is you own business. Never go into debt over a watch though.

A lot of the monthly payment stuff is a scam so watch out.

As for the watch. If you love it, go try it on. Comfort is gonna be a big consideration in my opinion.

Generally if you're broke i would say it's not a good idea to keep buying watches. But I'm not the spending police so it's really just a suggestion. ๐Ÿ˜Š

The PRX sure is pretty. But one should think twice before going on a debt for a "mere" watch. This hobby should makes you happy, not stressing you out because of a financial burden imho

You'll be better off saving until you're comfortable buying without debt. It's a new model so it will be around for a good time to come.

If you have to finance the Tissot PRX then it is really not worth it to jump on the purchase. The model is going to be there and you could get a slight discount over the retail during holiday season, better deal at that time where you can save up and buy it eventually.

Let is pass, not a watch really worth enough to finance. You are better off saving your money for now.

Iโ€™m not one to tell people how to spend their money, but try not to go in debt for a watch. The watch isnโ€™t going anywhere. Maybe save for the 4 months, wait to see if you still want it, giving you more time to bond with the Tudor and save. If you still want it, then get it.

ยท

Wait a couple of months and see whether it's still what you really want - it will still be there waiting for you

ยท

Put the prx on hold for now. The next major sales day is Black Friday and Iโ€™m sure youโ€™ll be able to find a deal on it

They are roughly $300 used. So anything above that price is a total loss. Its up to you, whether or not the premium for retail/new is worth it. You can never sell it for its new price.
