Geckota Slimline

First off, I'd like to thanks Jon and Beth at Watchgecko.com for their Customer Support. They ship out their watches requiring signature for delivery. I honestly was not expecting this as my recent shipped watches all arrived without this level of thoughtfulness and care. I managed to adapt but I learned two lessons; first, ask questions before hand and, when dealing with higher end Merchants, expect a higher quality service delivery.

The Slimline arrived and unfortunately, thought I have years of bracelet adjustment experience ( as you all may have read previously, I am a "bracelet only" watch guy ) I was stymied by this particular bracelet. I could not get a screw pin back into place, even with my entire tool kit. They are quite tiny on this bracelet but since I had a few extra links to play with, I tried 5 more times and to my frustration, none of the screw pins from any of the 5 links would go back into their original place, or any other hole no matter the combination.

I alerted Watchgecko Customer Support. After two days, they arranged to ship out a replacement. Just like that. Wow. I can't recommend Watchgecko enough.

To eliminate the possibility of human ( mine ) error, I took the replacement bracelet and watch to my local expert repair shop for them to handle it. As you see from the pics, the expert had no issue.

The watch is just what I'd hoped. Clean, modern design with retro styling. Quality feel, great specs for a sport/casual piece.

I know we all have a wide variety of purchase choices out there but I wholeheartedly recommend supporting those Retail Sellers that provide this quality of watch and service.
