Review: Uncle Seiko “Jubilee style” for BB41 (incl GMT)
Just wanted to share my experience with the new Uncle Seiko “jubilee style” bracelet for the Tudor BB41
Background - I got the fully brushed style (there is a version with polished centers) and I’ve been wearing it a lot since putting it on the Tudor. There has been a little bit of a second honeymoon as you can get with a new bracelet or strap sometimes.
The good - solid construction with substantial but not bulky links. Solid female end links which are a huge win (not a fan of male end links on a jubilee), able to fit the OEM springbars and a solid connection with the watch head with minimal play and gap.
The bad - the only part I dislike is the clasp on the uncle Seiko Bracelet. It’s sharp with loose tolerances and a rattle that does not inspire confidence. And for those who care, maybe make it’s similarities to the older brother GMT Master II Pepsi more apparent
Conclusion & wish list - I do like this bracelet. The combination of the quality fit and ability to have better incremental sizing (due to the smaller individual links) makes it’s a super comfortable wear. I also love the look of the piece and find it adds to the GMT in particular. I only wish it could reuse the original/OEM Tudor clasp (which I really like) and have the end links have that “double bump” like on the Rolex Rather than the somewhat flat transitions you see here.
hopefuily folks have found that helpful. Forstner also released their own jubileefor the BB41. Would love to hear peoples experience of that.

Looks nice. Have owned two BBs and the OEM bracelet and clasp are outstanding. Would be difficult to beat and is a shame Tudor doesn't offer a Jubilee option.

I think a Tudor factory jubilee bracelet with an on the fly adjustment would be killer.
