My vote for the BM8560-88E, quite balance, good specs and could be wore for all occasions.

I suggest to bring it back to the retailer to rectify, even better if you can try to access to their service center.
You may also ask for 2nd opinion if there’s same model owner within the community (whether it’s design or defect).
