This watch had a waiting list as long as a Rolex at an Authorized Dealer! By far the most regulated smoothest winding movement I’ve ever come across. Ceramic and sapphire everything. Well over built - the lume is brighter than any of my Seikos -a total torch. My brightest watch. You can barely see the Helm logo on this first generation. A winner! Powered by a Seiko NH38

It was my first shot at a microbrand — didn’t regret it — it is a little tall — I want to say 14.5mm (or higher). That’s my only “complaint” but in reality I love this watch — way overbuilt. When I turn off the lights in my bedroom at night it’s my brightest piece -total torch.

I'm really considering this with the date. I might get a black with an additional blue/orange bezel. I got the call so I'm curious as to your experience with it!

Cool! I didn’t know that this model came with the date —I don’t notice the ghost date movement which means they used the NH38 in mine. I do know the newer models have the logo much bolder — I bought the orange strap extra apart from the steel bracelet. If I buy another one it will be a Vanuatu. Enjoy your watch in good heal and good times!!
