I love my breguet 5907 - IMO Breguets from the 80s, 90s, and early 2000s are easily some of the most collectable watches on the planet. Their modern offerings... have sizing issues because of the lug style IMO. This watch is 34mm, 7mm thin, and has a double barrel with a power reserve of 95 hours. Suck it omega 😂

Ophion is nice ... you could also consider Sartory Billiard if you are into independent dress watches for 5-10k.

I personally really like Hublot - I thikn a lot of impressions of the brand come from the 90s and early 2000s when they did not use in house movements. The UNICO movements are high horology - advanced. I'd much rather wear something from them than a pure homage brand.

A lot of people say blue hands - but let me tell you something - there are lots of watches with blue hands. getting a nice set of gold hands is a lot more rare if you like them.
