I would guess it's a Rado, possibly an Anatom?
Its blurry haven't seen the programme but looks Rado esque they do a range of beautiful black highly polished watches ain't got a clue what the range is called but they are lush
I did some googling and I believe it’s the Rado Ceramica Automatic. It’s one of the watches he wears quite a bit.

He wears a Rado in some of his YT stuff, I'd say it's that one. (He also has a beautiful Honey dialled Oris I'm fond of!)

Rado are popular in India apparently, so one of their ceramic tank models would be my guess.

Good shout, it could be. It certainly looks ceramic and very linear.
After a bit looking at certain Rado's I believe he's wearing a Ceramica Jubilee. I know from watching Top Gear when it was on the Beeb he wore a few different Rado's and I think it's safe to say he's a fan of the brand!
