Nice analysis! You've put into words what most of us have been feeling.

I feel the price increases for Grand Seiko can be justified slightly because of the increased warranty to 5 years.

Can't say the same for Seiko...

Jack Road! My favourite place to visit whenever I have to chance to be in Japan.

The Rado looks great, that smoky dial hiding the skeletonized movement until the light hits it is a sight to behold.
