Honestly, for everyday use I’d recommend a submariner as it looks just as good and is more comfortable. This watch is great but I can understand your concern about the size.

I have a sub and your right it wears better I’ve just never been a fan of the plain black one. The SD was always that bit more interesting and I love the pop of red.

Try a Rubber B strap. I have the deepsea, and it's so much better.
