✓ Hands-on with the Aquastar Model 60 ✓ A modern rendition of the brand's first-ever dive watch ✓ And one with a unique history! ✓
Update: so drop the watch off to https://www.watchtech.com.au well respected watch repairer here in Sydney located in Strand Arcade one the city's historic shopping arcades. Anyway they will basically glue the hour market back in which is the easiest and simplest way to fix. Cost is A$65 approximately US$40. Get the watch back early next week since I'm not in a hurry . So wearing my Nivada Grenchen Super Antarctic in the meantime. Will post pics of the Aquastar when I get back.
luv the skins divers, Acquastar for their model 60 skindiver brought out a green and blue dial version. Anyway my Deepstar should be an easy fix.
Whacked the watch against a glass barrier entry to a supermarket. Thought nothing of it until hours later notice the watch stopped when taking a shower. The marker got stuck under the seconds hand . Gave the watch a few whacks dislodged the marker - left the watch running on the table and keeping perfect time - off to watch repairs tmr.
2 real estate agents - 1 wearing a PP Nautilus than is very well worn and scratched from being used as an actual sport watch , swims and surfs wearing it.
The other agent wearing a Hublot Classic that seems to have never been taken off!
In case anyone is interested the strap is an Uncle Seiko 19mm tropic strap - what is special about this strap is it is a short strap they make now across their tropic range 65 x 115mm.
