Rubber/Silicone-Leather Hybrid Strap or Silicone-Lined Leather Strap or whatever they are called

Hi, guys

I have quick searched the platform with a few keywords and still haven't find this topic.

Can anyone point the way? I'm interested in something similar to what's in the photo (photo taken from Pewter&Black the product is called Pebro HYBRID leather and rubber strap) I also found another from Barton.

Any experience to be shared with me?

Are these like super stiff as I found some customer reviews? (another product from another brand I came across on my research)?

I live in a very tropical hot region and I tend to sweat a lot going outside. I don't want to damage expensive leather straps. Is this the solution?

If you don't mind the cheap quality you can go for it. I have some decent looking ones the problem the leather part is very thin and just glued on if it's even real leather. There's a reason why you don't see many watches companies with hybrid straps. Even IWC decided to go full rubber on some of their newer models. Maybe someone else has a better answer but if you do buy get them from Aliexpress or amazon for no more than 30 bucks. I find many strap companies getting them from aliexpress and selling them for a premium.

Yes, i have read one customer review that the leather just fell off the rubber part. Price asides, this sound like there is no safe bet but to try from the cheapest up?

I mean if it's pure silicone or rubber, price really don't corelate much just need to hit the right one. But when there's leather and craftsmanship/quality control involved, it's a tough call since if I don't like it I'm not going to wear it and feel somewhat wasteful to explore/pay for this info.

That's why I mention Amazon LOL. If you are here in the US is very simple to return if you don't like the products. You can find a comfortable one for sure but quality wise is a bit of a gamble.
