How are the accuracy of Pagani’s? I have been thinking about picking up a couple of Paganis, but have hesitated due to my unfamiliarity with the brand.
I own one and it's been great. Only had it a few months, but it's NH 35 movement has been accurate and a pleasure to wind from time to time. Mine is an Airking homage. The pleasant surprise has been the bracelet. It fits great after the original adjustment, which I did myself. Thus far, it's been a huge value purchase.
I have several. They represent a great bargain for the price. They do have some finishing issues sometimes, especially the occasional sharp edge. The bezel action is a bit loose for my taste. I always stick to Seiko movements when I buy a PD. I’ve found accuracy to hold to the stated range of the movement. I have several with NH35’s for reference and a Mecha-quartz VK63.
But for around a hundred bucks you can ‘test drive’ watches without having to lay out thousands. Now, I’m not saying buying a PD for a hundred dollars will give you the equivalent experience to owning a luxury watch. But it can give you the feel. For instance, I now know a Panerai is a bit big on me. The size felt okay for awhile. But over time I felt differently. I’ve realized I do like the Speedy after all. I’m now going to get the new white dial when I have the funds.
All of this said, I recently bought a Steinhart. This was a HUGE step up in quality and accuracy. Bezel action is crisp, finish is good all around with no sharp corners, and it’s holding +1 sec/ out of the box. They are a lot more than a PD. But I’m moving my budget collection from PD to Steinhart going forward.
I have a PD1751 (Tudor Ranger copy) with the NH35 movement and it is really very good for the money (about nz$85 when I bought it). It's solid, the finish is great, the bracelet surprisingly good and so far it seems reasonably accurate.
Only criticisms I have are that the lume is almost non-existent and microadjust on the clasp is unusable.

Mine is a quartz chronograph, I set it last week and it is currently two seconds fast.

I've heard good things, but I'll let you know for sure in a couple weeks ;-)
I own one. A MoonSwatch homage. Fit and finish are way above the usual at the price point. I just ordered another, a GMT.
