Mostly B, but sometimes C in summer or during the night. Also depends on what I am fastening it on with.
B, but I wouldn’t call it somewhat loose. If it doesn’t move, it’s not loose at all. I like a perfect fit. Not tight, not loose.
With fanfic it's fitted for winter or desk work.
With rubber it's loose for summer, wet work, sweaty times, etc.
