Anniversary Watch

It is my year to take care of Anniversary. We switch taking care of Valentines and anniversary. I have a watch, that my husband knows about and is saving it for birthday/Christmas.

The Question:

Do I gift him the watch he knows?

Do I gift him a watch he doesn't know and is on his endless list?

My plan is to have a days worth of options. And a watch will be in that list, help me choose.

Providing that list is something he 100% wants, I say get him a surprise.

Yeah, but that list should be definitive then. I can only speak for myself and my wishlist is quite long and I definittely do not want every watch on there equally. So might be a risk going this way, depending on how he sees the list.

That’s what I was getting at. You just articulated it better 🤝

So the pictures I posted are ones that are on his Next Purchase List. And by the look of the poll, I will be getting him another watch that he does not know about.

When I get my hands on his laptop I will compile another poll and everyone can help me choose.

If the other watch is also on his list, yes. I wouldn't buy a watch you don't know if he likes it.

For example, I'm not a dive watch guy, soI only have a very few divers I enjoy and they are not in my top 50 watches I'd like to own. Recieving a random diver watch, I would be happy to recieve a watch, but it would be awkward since I won't really enjoy it.
