Has anyone any experience of the Arken Alterum??
I’m going down a bit of a rabbit hole with British independent and micro brands.
I’m looking at a few British brands Studio Underd0g being another as I’m trying to give them a try and add a bit of verity to my collection.
I just have never seen anyone on here with one I just hope the crunch can come through.
What are they like in the metal?
Are the watches worth the money?
What is the turnaround from ordering to receiving?
They are currently out of stock so I can’t pull the trigger just at the min but looking in the future when available

Absolutely LOVE my Arken Instrumentum.
One of the few watches that I keep on the metal.
Granted the Alterum doesn't have that option at the moment.
To me they are worth the $, and I bought it used since I missed the pre order.
I've looked several times at the Alterum, haven't gone for it yet, but I really like the subtle day/night indicator.
Also a HUGE fan of the handset/indices used.

They look a nice addition. I’m not a fan of the traditional GMT or integrated bracelet and these look to tick both boxes

Wears great! I ordered when the pre-ordered opened last July. Received it this past Monday. For the money, I feel as if it’s great value. Titanium, clever movement modifications, and overall a handsome (albeit familiar) dial layout. I’d say it’s more on the thicker side of things than the thinner, but proportionally, it works.

Yes, but it was the initial pre-order, and they were initially projecting deliveries by the end of January. As I understand it, they’re sold out now, so I’m not sure when restocking will take place and what the lead time will be.

It's good to see they are going out. I haven't received mine yet. They do look gorgeous!
