Wolf 3 watch winder: faulty operation

I have a wolf 3 watch winder that is several years old. Recently I noticed that the TPD buttons and the ABC knobs do nothing. I am unable to control TPD or the direction. Only thing that works in delayed start/ON/OFF knob. Anyone had this issue?

Not that issue, but a separate one wherein my winder beeps at me randomly and uncontrollably, and turns down the TPD on its own, unless it's already running a program. Also a triple winder. WOLF's "solution" to this issue was to tell me that my unit is no longer being made, that they're no longer stocking replacement parts for it and that they would provide me with a discount on a replacement winder. This for an almost $1000 winder that had already been replaced once while in warranty and though just out of the original warranty period, would have been within the warranty period had the replaced winder been bought new. I will NEVER buy another WOLF product and I will be happy to warn others before they do so.

I got a random "ZoeJoe" winder off of Amazon last summer. So far it's been wonderful, and it is so much quieter than the WOLF.

Mine is out of warranty long time ago, it worked fine for 10+yrs. I might take it apart and see if something got knocked loose. All 3 winders behave the same that tells me some connection to the board might be an issue.

Mine was just over 3.

I have 6 winders, all Chinese brands- some over 3 years, the last one, a year now- non making problems 🤷🏼‍♂️
