Q: How did you get into watch collecting?
I saw a video of Nico Leonard rating the watches of F1 drivers, and as an F1 fan I was immediately hooked.
Q: What was the first watch you ever owned?
I had a Field and Stream watch gifted to me when I was 10. Other than that I picked up an Orient Symphony III to deliberately start my collection. Still love it!
Q: Do you have a watch with a particularly interesting story behind it?
Not yet…
Q: What is one piece of advice you have for someone just getting into watches?
Don’t rule out starting with a Quartz. It’ll whet (wet?) your appetite and get you used to having something on your wrist! 👀
Q: What brands have been getting your attention lately?
Oris! Also Nomos, Breitling with their Super Oceans, IWC, and newly, Hamilton.
Q: What is your grail watch and why?
Honestly? An Omega Speedmaster. Either that or a Milgauss…not sure yet…also want an Oris Big Crown Pointer Date. The list goes on!
