I was the same brotha, I didn’t like the giant sizes that G-Shocks are synonymous with, but this square is just lovely. A 5000U is def in my future as well! Highly recommend the square Gs!
After trying this one, all I can say is I need a real Speedy and that I wouldn’t buy another. Thankfully this was bought for me at the Swatch boutique in Paris, so I didn’t pay over MSRP. Won’t be buying another unless it’s an actual speedy.
