Looks like the right reference to me. At the time, Omega was using 3-digit reference numbers, so you might have more luck searching for 166.144. And, yes, I know that the Omega vintage database requires 4-digit numbers so the leading zero is required there. Note also that Omega's database only includes representative models; it's not exhaustive.

Just be careful with this model. It's a unishell case that opens from the dial side and is somewhat tricky.
