What is this for?

I noticed these watches on my Ali timeline with two crowns,  a "normal" one, and one for adjusting the inner bezel, apparently. What is this good for? I'm a bit baffled by this function. Can anyone explain?

It's just like a regular movable bezel, but kinda fancier (I think). I use the movable bezel as a timer for keeping track of whatever, laundry, parking, stuff like that.

This is a compression diver style. Rather than having the bezel rotate around the outside of the case, they put the dive bezel on the inside.

The first one is a modern IWC Aquatimer "homage", if it works the same way then the bezel should rotate both ways but only the anti-clockwise direction rotates the inner bezel. Pretty ingenious if you ask me.

Can always rely on Tim Mosso to show off these sorts of things 😂

edit The second one looks like the old Aquatimer homage, albeit as others have mentioned it's a compressor diver style case which is more common.
