Bar Centrale is a great place, also for locals. Good choice 👍 And great watches! Maybe you should have a look at the JLC Polaris? For me it’s got that „wearable“ attribute that you were referring to with the Zeniths. Enjoy your journey!

The Pelagos 39 is the modern, no-nonsense toolwatch. Clear white lume, no retro flair, built for purpose and not design. And the titanium case and bracelet are really different to the BB58s!
