This is the Patek Philippe Ref 3748/9 in White Gold. It belonged to my Grandfather, and now handed down to me. It came as a pair as shown in the catalogue, but my grandmother still wears the female counterpart (Ref 4256/1 WG) and will hand it down to my aunt in time. I guess the Queen of England wore these models at some point?

Diamonds aren’t my thing, but it’s family heritage so I’ll rock it 😎
