I initially felt the same as you about the diameter of the watch. I blamed the corporate strategy of having the same diameter (40mm) for the various watches of the Master Control series. But I now think that it is a good size, despite smaller diameters having become popular again. I wouldn't like it to be smaller, even though I have a relatively narrow wrist.

Thank you for the review, I feel the same about the watch - my difference is that I walked into the boutique, wanted it and bought it. The salesperson even asked whether I'm sure!

Difficulties with changing the date, but I may have not followed the guidelines. I also still sometimes have the impression that the minutes hand isn't always moving proportionally to the seconds hand. But maybe the hands just easily slip when setting the time.

I have the same watch, I bought it in 2020. I also had some issues initially but it is now my favourite watch.
