It's a long game! Don't make short calls!.. Take your time and do the homework, it is easy to get lost and chase random styles and models or brands.. spend the time and hone in on what you really like in a piece.. brand or style or accuracy or craftsmanship or moment or finishing etc. Start with one per category and spread your collection to have choices to rotate..
