I'm interested in your opinion
I would like to buy a German watch in pilot style and have shortlisted these 4 models. Unfortunately, I find it difficult to decide on one of them, so I would be interested in which one is your favorite and why?

Take a look at laco watches they are great, will buy one in the future!
The Archimede for the proper Flieger dial and the blue white contrast making for good legibility
Stowa for the (inherited) pedigree. Love Hanhart but they do chronos best.
Do take a look at Laco too. The quality will surprise you.
Definitely go with either Stowa or Archimede. I voted Archimede, because it did not build Flieger watches for the Luftwaffe in WWII, but if you don't mind that history/association, the Stowa is without a doubt the best Flieger watch you can buy IMO. Stowa has great build quality and fit/finish, boutique level engagement, and you can customize and/or engrave the watch. Stowa is w/o a doubt one of my favorite brands.
Now, Archimede makes top notch watches and manufactures its own cases in house, as it is owned by Ickler, a German case manufacturer for many German and Swiss brands.

The Sinn 556i is a great watch and looks so good, but I’m not sure with the size. I think 38,5mm for me is to small.

Do take a look at Laco too. The quality will surprise you.
Laco is a great company, but they don’t have a watch with a white or blue dial with date window. For me a watch must be have an date window.
