Vintage Omega Constellation/Geneve/Seamaster worth it?

Hello, I’ve been looking online at some vintage Omega‘s recently, and really love the size and styling. I was surprised to see some go for under $1500 on eBay, in relatively good condition and still running. Anyone have any experience with vintage Omega, or thoughts on whether they are still worth it, given the fact that they will probably need servicing if they haven’t had it recently?

Attached is an example of what I like.

Very worth it. Vintage Omega is so deep and accessible at a wide variety of price points and styles. I personally love 70's era Seamaster's and Constellation's, search for them and buy : both online and through private dealers. As always, condition is king, but don't be dissuaded by rough or non working examples if the price is low. Great thing is that servicing shouldn't be ridiculously expensive. On top of that, you'll find a lot of stock and variety in the $800-$1200 range. Such a fun brand to buy vintage!
