Q: How did you get into watch collecting?
Grandpa and great grandpa were big in to watches back in the day. First started to get interested when they were still living. Had an Apple Watch for several years and eventually got bored and burnt out with that, so I ended up diving in to actual wristwatch’s in 2022 and haven’t looked back!
Q: What was the first watch you ever owned?
Can’t remember exactly, but likely a Casio or Timex. More recently, my first watch since getting in to watches more seriously was a Seiko 5 SNK809.
Q: What is one piece of advice you have for someone just getting into watches?
Take it slow, research a lot, go with what YOU like, and don’t spend more than you have on a watch/watches.
Q: What brands have been getting your attention lately?
Tissot, Longines, Omega, Seiko Prospex line.
Q: What is your grail watch and why?
Right now it’s probably the 38mm Omega Seamaster Aqua Terra. Love the finishing, size, plank style dial, and shark tooth hour markers 🔥
