Do tell? See. These are the stories I’d rather read than to answer a poll which gives you no info or context at all

I bought a Bulgari listed as "New with Box & Papers" and when it arrived the Bulgari instruction booklet, model specific literature and other warranty materials were missing. The Bulgari watch boxes have a built in shelf for this material so it's readily apparent when those items are missing.

I reached out to the dealer, European Jewellry, who falsely claimed Bulgari doesn't supply paper goods with their new purchases despite the fact that European Jewellry had other Bulgari watches listed that clearly showed that material in their pictures, even some listed as preowned.

I pointed this fact out to European Jewellry who responded that they met Chrono24's terms and conditions for how it was listed but stated that I could get a refund if I ate the DHL shipping and duty fees.

Chrono24 backed the dealer but offered me $100 to provide positive feedback. I let them keep the $100 and now I share my experience whenever I can.

I thought it was BS the way the watch was inaccurately listed, the way European Jewellry lied about what comes with a new Bulgari, about how a refund would cost me money and how Chrono24 backed the dealer.

I get that many collectors don't care about the box and papers but that's totally besides the point.

I don’t care about box and papers if it’s factored out in the price. But in your situation clearly you did factor it in the price (included) and that’s not acceptable

I already bought two (Seiko SRPG37 and Junghans Max Bill Mega), the third is on the way. Sold one (the SRPG). So far, everything seems OK.
