PAM111, PAM915 or PAM422

Hey guys!

I’m considering these 3 models.. would love to hear your thoughts if you could only choose one!

There’re quite a few pre owned PAM111s (10 years old) in the market now around $4.2k.

I may be able to get a good price on a new PAM915 from an AD. $5.5k.

I saw a PAM422 at a boutique the other day and fell in love with it tho the retail price of $10.4k is not something I’d pay for. Pre owned are around 10 years old, going at $5.6k.

You’d notice that I fancy my first panerai to have manual winding, sandwich dial, a second hand and no date. Are there other models fitting the above that I should be looking at?

My wrist size is 7” or 17.7cm

Would you:

Get a PAM111 (save some money)

Get a PAM915 (it’s new and at a good price!)

Get a PAM422 (half it’s retail price, tho preowned)

Looking forward to your comments!

PAM915. All watches has all that you’re looking for and fairly similar in terms of design and price. So the only consideration is to buy new or pre-owned.

For me personally, I prefer new.

I’d vote for PAM111 as it is among the most popular models

I'd vote for one with an ETA-based movement; they are cheaper to service than the in-house ones.

I’m late to this, but I would take the 111. ETA movement, exhibition caseback?! For the win. Can’t fault you for any of the choices, but 111 for sure. YoureTerrific on YT has some cool videos on the 111.
