Vostok Strap Pin? [HELP]

Hey folks, So I recently sold me Vostok Komandirskie 280681 on eBay, only for the poor buyer to return it when they noticed the retaining screw on the...

I’m similar to you. My collection floats around 50 watches. My most expensive is the PRX 80 at around £700. I’d much rather have more variety with cheaper watches, than a 3 watch collection.

On the other hand, there’s plenty of people have their grail watch and a Casio beater. That’s fine too, and is one of the things I love about this hobby- it’s personal to everyone.

I have one of their dirty dozen replicas. It’s one of my favourite watches, it’s great.

Thanks, but that seems to be Vostok Europe, and there's no listing for the Komandirskie.

I have a box a different size spring bars, none of them work. Trust me, I've tried. It seems it needs this very specific type of bar, which is annoying.

As it's shown in the pictures, there's a hole drilled right through the watch casing for the captive screw, so a spring bar would just fall right out.

I have a G-SHOCK 5610 in my collection, which is set automatically via Multiband 6, so I use that as my "single source of truth" for my other watches.

It’s either my CWC G10 as I’ve had that since 2005 when it was issued to me in the Army and it survived Iraq and Afghan (as did I) or the Vario 1918 on the bund strap. That thing is just gorgeous.

I’m also partial to my little 38mm Seiko 5 though (the green one). I dunno, it’s hard to pick one haha.

Absolutely loving this watch, I think Timex have nailed the look on this one. It is a bit of a hair puller, though. :-)
