Ultimately, it is best to go with your first choice rather than the price.   It terms of heritage and retaining watch value and timeless style,  I'd choose Cartier Tanks Must.

Keep if it has sentimental value to you, let go if not.

Thanks for the tip.  Like the strap, color, and the contrast.  Was thinking about switching to sailcloth strap too and go for the IWC Mojave Desert look.   Might have to try this.  Only if Swatch made their watches waterproof.
