The silver tone. I’ve seen used black examples where the coating scratched off. G-Shock claimed that wouldn’t happen, but it did.
I have the steel one… it is a bit hefty but I really like it. I did consider to replace it with the silver MRG, but I am not super sure it is worth… due to its cost. Furthermore, it is nice to feel its weight on the wrist.
