Yes except it's 5 minutes increments, but not exactly 😅
Actually the minutes indicator is a rotating disc with 5 minutes increments but with a bit of practice you can still tell the time with a 2-3 minutes precision...
For example here it is in between 10 and 15 but closer to 15, so 12 or 13 :
But it's clearly not for precise time telling 😂

Ahh, it's a disc. I thought it was digital from the way they look. I still think it's cool as heck. I might get one now. I was flabbergasted as to how a digital time can't do specific numbers.

It's actually an automatic mechanical caliber ST1721 from Seagull. It is a jumping hour with a disc instead of the minutes hand :

Very cool, I just might have to get one now! Not sure what I think about the lugs..
I think i lived that moment on a black tile from Sandoz if you catch my drift when I was about 20 .
