French microbrand Charlie Paris is releasing a new collection and I didn't read about it here so I thought I'd give it a shot. It is my first "news report" so please be indulgent ๐
After their last release "The Concordia" (hi @rowiphi), Charlie Paris are stepping up their game with a new collection called Alliance. It consists of 2 watches, each available in white and blue.
The first one is a slim three hands dress watch with date featuring a Swiss caliber G100 from La Joux-Perret with a 64h hours power reserve, hence its name "64H". It's 39.5mm in diameter and only 8.5mm thick.
The second one "Phase de lune" is the same diameter and only 0.5mm thicker at 9mm, but it features a perpetual moonphase at 9 and small second at 6. It's powered by the C105 caliber from Soprod (42h power reserve). The moonphase only need to be adjusted every 122 years and 51 days (!).
Both are available on pre-order from 15th March with delivery planned in July 2023. The prices, of course, are stepping up too : 1350โฌ for the Alliance 68H & 1895โฌ for the Alliance Phase de Lune...

The three hander looks like a nearly perfect semi-casual office/weekend watch. If I had a purely office job, it would be a nice stand-in for a JLC Master Control Date.
I forgot to mention that both watches are a limited edition to ๐ฏ each for 2023
Very pretty! I like what they do with the date window on both models. Well thought through! Definitely candidates for my list! That keeps getting longer...๐
