That's amazing and a nice round number. I like asking people their thoughts on how they choose numbers. It's interesting how many compromises people end up making to get a "close enough" number. No judgment, just an observation!
Thanks for sharing photos, everyone. I really wanted the light blue version but dragged my feet, deciding if I wanted to purchase it or not and then deciding on a serial. Next thing you know, everything sold out. Today they restocked but did it in a way I didn't anticipate. They just sold whatever they got from the manufacturer, so, for example, about 45 pieces of midnight blue, 18 of salmon, and merely 10 of the light blue dial. Strangely, giving me the option to choose a serial number (when I never paid attention to the serials of any of my watches) actually introduced a sense of analysis paralysis in me. I think I settled on a high 100's number and was told it'd probably take a year to reach it!
Yeah but the $5900 can be considered even more of an entry GADA luxury watch. If Omega tries to move up market they’ll eventually price people out.
