I would love to downsize too…but selling always hurts..

The explorer has the same problem. My fix was to but thin spring bars, like 1.3mm.

But will it return to reasonable prices? Id be fine with msrp

My steps:

1. pull it out to hand setting position and move hands to 6 oclock (doesnt matter am or pm).

2. go to quick set date position and change date to yesterday.

3. Go back to hand setting positon and advance time until present.

What’s the original msrp? Under $100 must be a steal!

Is it the same gap on both sides? My gs quartz has no gap.

Yeah seems like the best bet to go direct with RSC. I’m not sure if they restore or service vintages watches though? Call and verify first!
