I really love that watch and considered one recently. Having the 3 6 9 is something I’m a fan of, too, I’d not seen a model that offered that and the bronze. I’m not 100% bought into Bronze as a watch material though. There are a lot of questions I have on it’s practicality and day to day life with it that I don’t fully understand the answers to yet enough to make that move.

I have this idea of a patina’d bronze watch on a nice antique brown leather strap that looks like something Lara Croft might wear, that’s seen a lot of the world, that sounds like a fantastic addition to my collection….I’m just not brave enough to jump in on something bronze yet…

It’s called the Explorer dial! I love it, bronze is great metal and even better if you like the vintage look 👍🏻

Some questions I have though is; does the material colour your arm as it patinas? I’m not so familiar with how bronze is against your skin. Does the case end up going green like copper does eventually?

No marking on the skin. The serial number on the reverse is turning green which is cool.

I absolutely love it and am currently saving up to get one. Might be a while before I post it though...

You won’t regret it 👍🏻

I think it is terrible and you should send it to me so I can dispose of it appropriately. 👍

Love the 369 dial layout. Always interested in a bronze piece as not all will age the same. I would prefer the boutique edition for size.

·

Lovely watch, although I hear they were having issues with the caseback and corrosion.

I have a bronze Christopher Ward and it's great for day to day. I live in Hawaii so am in and out of the ocean and pools constantly. Changes the look of the watch case completely some days. But...and my kid loves this...I just grind a cut lime on it and, presto, it looks 99% back to brand new in a few minutes. Great party trick! ;-)  Here's what it looked like after the weekend...
