First received a digital transformer figure LCD watch when I was 7 years old, then progressed from there

Managed to get my grail watch to mark my 40th and birth of first child.
Q: What is one piece of advice you have for someone just getting into watches?
What you think you'll like after a few years will prob be very different from where you start. Try out a range of styles and sizes at the affordable end then when you go a bit more upmarket it will be well informed.

Rolex, Smiths, Tudor, San Martin, Farer, Lorier, Nomos, Steinhardt, Islander, WMT, Baltic.
Q: What is your grail watch and why?
Rolex Explorer 124270. Love the balance between function and aesthetics. Function came first but ended up being a beautiful under the radar classic. A piece of horological history with many incremental improvements over the years.
