Yes! I am a female and in the healthcare field. Also own a Smith Everest. I usually see patients in the hospital while rounding and mostly in clinic so I don’t deal with too much bodily fluids… If I plan to help some nurses clean some gross stuff I just take off my watch. So I guess it depends on what your wife does but I see floor nurses with steel watches. I usually talk watches with a guy nurse on Med/Surg that wears his Tudor BB58, Omega speedmaster and his Rolex submariner. Saw another guy with a new Tudor chrono panda. I see some nurses with a cartier love bracelet too (7k bracelet). I see a good amount of nurses wearing their jacket too so it helps to cover the watch. When I wear PPE gloves, I don’t usually get “stuff” all the way up my wrist.
so.. in conclusion, sounds like a great Mother‘s day gift!
Thank you! I needed something new and something old for the celebration!
I know which wine I will be exploring next! Thank you for the suggestion. I was an avid new world Cabernet Sauvignon person until I had my first bottle of Opus One. I realized I’ve been missing out on what the French have already mastered… I’m new and currently focusing on Bordeaux region. Going slow and trying not to spoil my tastebuds too fast!
I currently have a nato strap with the one I want to change back to a bracelet, but it just doesn’t speak to me lol. Most of my watches are leather since it’s easier to wear with my small wrist but would love a chance to get a bracelet that fits.
