Quick question about handwounding Santos (MC 1847)

Hey Santos owners (or others with same caliber),

would like to know if you can hear clicking sounds when you handwound Santos. My other watch (Longines Spirit 37mm) is much smoother and clicking sound is almost unnoticeable.

Just wantes to know if you guys have the same experience.

Cheers

Santos Medium owner here. No clicking sounds - very smooth wind. In fact, if anything, I have a hard time gauging how much I've wound it as it doesn't give very much feedback through the crown.

Only wind it a few times to get it going and then let the rotor do the rest.

Mine is also smooth but do hear clicking sound (not rly loud but do hear it)

Edit: is just i dont hear almost any on my Spirit thats why Im wondering, should it have some (not loud) or not

I'm no watch repairer, so if it's noticeable, then best you take it back to your Cartier AD and get them to have a look. For what it's worth, my Santos doesn't click when it's manually wound.

I have the tank xl with 1847 MC.  Smooth as butter and no clicks.
