Made in Yamagata Casio factory Japan

I bought this GW-5000-1JF in 2009, when this model was released. At the time of 2011 eastern Japan earthquake, multiband6 function was not working, since radio control facility in eastern Japan was damaged. Some time my watch was able to catch the signal from western Japan, but often failed. I use this watch to adjust the time for my other gshock and seiko. Also I wear this when taking train to go to places. The train here in Japan runs very precise on time, so 1 minute delay in my watch will result in missing the train.

Love this one! I got the U version recently and I think it's pretty much perfect! I'm wearing on a Combi. I just bought a matte titanium mod to see if I like.

Quartz watch are usually rated +/-15sec a month so I think even without the sync function, you won't get inaccurate time.
