Mr. Philippe Dufour is often regarded as the greatest master of modern watchmaking. He once offered this advice to a group of seasoned American watch collectors. "There are a lot of watches out there, take your time". I had to admit that I rushed into decisions too quickly a few times, as a newbie watch enthusiast. My regrets soon after proved the wisdom in Mr. Dufour's advice. I'm also quite happy to say that I have a "positive example" as well. I took my time to decide and wait for the perfect timepiece that would sing to me. The reward was an exquisite and personalized Kudoke 2.
My first personalized watch with initials engraved on the movement. Kudoke 2 just ticks all the boxes: hand finishing, artistic engraving, in-house movement, AHCI member, GPHG winner, low production volume, reasonable pricing. Stefan is definitely an indie watchmaker to watch for the next 10 years!

I have been following kudoke for a while and the craftsmanship is outstanding. Congratulations on the watch.
That’s a lot of money. Then again getting all that for the price of a mass produced Rolex that the AD won’t even sell you? We’ll that’s a bargain. Cheers.
Yeah, it is still a lot of money. However, Kudoke and Habring2 are perhaps the two most affordable indie brands with in-house movements. Kudoke 2 won the GPHG award in the category for watches less than CHF 10K. They made about 5 pieces of Kudoke 2 every month, so each piece is quite special. That is what you said the difference compared to mass produced models. Thanks for the comments.
I have been following kudoke for a while and the craftsmanship is outstanding. Congratulations on the watch.
Thanks a lot! I was following the brand for 2 years before pulling the trigger on this. Compared to my other watches, it is the most personalized one. They will have Kudoke 3 coming up, and I cannot wait to see what they will offer.
Wow! Gorgeous!!!
