I bought a flat link classic for my Seamaster Professional and love it! I did not like the OEM bracelet and clasp. This makes the wearing experience much better. I liked this bracelet so much I bought their jubilee style bracelet for my Speedmaster Moonwatch. Great quality! I did try an Uncle Seiko flat link bracelet but it was just too thin and flimsy for the big Seamaster.

I have the Seamaster 300 in black and love the watch, the bracelet is chunky so i've tried a couple of optiond including an Omega red and black Nato. I also have the 1957 reissue Seamaster 300. A world of difference in the bracelet. The heritage will be more comfortable to wear with that bracelet. Either one is a good choice, if you like changing straps to change the look and feel of the watch, I'd suggest the Seamaster 300.
