I was into this jlc watch a bit ago, but the price was way not worth it. JLC has been jacking up their prices very aggressively the past few years…and with little to show for it IMO.
Longines is the perfect antidote to that - same design, something that Longines used to actually do in the past (hence it’s not a homage) and for a small fraction of the price

I’ve actually been slightly less interested and impressed with GS since I made this post and thought about it more.
Oddly enough, top of my list now is a pistachio breitling premier. Yeah, they overdo the celeb endorsements, but I like the idea of a new mechanical chrono that isn’t “the moon watch” or have weird specs in their movements like 9SA5 that are mainly for marketing
