Super under the weather today. Sharing what is likely my first ever wrist shot from when I acquired my first “real watch.” What a fun memory; I was elated. The Cartier Tank was the first watch that entered my consciousness, and it was the first watch I collected.
When I say “entered my consciousness,” it was really the first watch I started to notice and could point out whenever I saw it. Kind of like when you’re about 12 and you start becoming aware of music outside of what your parents listen to. Do you remember the first album you bought with your own money? Was it also the first band or artist that started to define your very own taste in music?
