What about a 1972 18k Vacheron Constantine. I bought mine at auction for less than $4k. It is a 34 mm diameter and super thin beauty. It is delicate and I wouldn't recommend to wear it everyday, but works really well when dressed formally.

I love the GG Retro Sport. I have almost the same watch with a black DLC coating. I love the Retrograde and jump hour complications.
