A hybrid dress watch/tool watch was the main inspiration behind my design of the Vaer A12 Ceremony. It’s basically meant to serve as Ref. 96 Calatrava, with a dressy 36mm case, though with a 10atm rating, screw-crown, and sapphire crystal.

Also, since it comes with 2x straps, and the default option is a waterproof FKM rubber strap, it REALLY is meant to be worn in the ocean. Swapping to a bracelet or gator strap, quickly shifts it back to a more dressy aesthetic.
