The Snowflake

It's undoubtedly my favorite watch. Though I would love to wear it all day, I know it's not something that you won't mind getting scrubbed. Looking for a good solid mid range watch. I have the Longines Hydro conquest but I think my diver addiction days are over.

Beautiful! Out of interest do you often check the power reserve?

·

Ha ha. No I don't. I wear it for 2 days and then see if I can come back to it again on the 4th else whenever I can pick it up next to wear.

There is the Longines Spirit / Zulu Spirit, Tag Heuer Actavia, or the Omega Aqua Terra. All great watches.

·

Still probably high end for daily wear no?

I would wear it as much as I could, but maybe on a strap most of the time

Is this a good GADA? Is it comfortable enough for everyday use?

Yes CW designed the Sealander as a GADA watch, check out their website. I find it very comfortable. You have the option of buying with bracelet or strap.

In 36 or 39mm

I’ve seen it before, but I’m hesitating more towards the Dune, that vintage look with those round hour markers 😮‍💨

Dune is great. I am going for the black dial Dune early 2024

Sorry I meant I really like the Dune as well it went to general comment rather than responding to you. I think both Dune and Sealander are fine GADA watches, plus reasonable price for the build quality.

That sits well on your wrist. What are the specs of the watch and your wrist size?

41 x 49mm, lug width of 20mm

My wrist should probably be 6' I guess. Anything more than 42mm for me is slightly on the larger side though I have 2 divers of 42 and 43mm but that's where I draw the line.
